Returns & Exchanges — 48-Hour Policy

At Decolift, we are committed to delivering premium-quality fitness objects and a seamless shopping experience. We offer returns and exchanges within 48 hours of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions.

Store Credit & Exchanges

We do not offer direct refunds, but eligible items can be returned for store credit equivalent to the purchase value. You may also exchange a product for another item of equal value.

Eligibility for Store Credit & Exchanges

To qualify, please ensure the following:

  1. The item must be unused and free from scratches, chips, or damages beyond what was present at delivery.
  2. All original packaging, invoices, and any included materials must be intact.
  3. Requests must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the product by emailing info@decolift.in with your order number and product details.
  4. Items damaged due to misuse, dropping, or improper handling after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.

If you believe the product was received in damaged condition, an unboxing video is required to process any claims. Claims without a video will not be entertained.

Return Process

If the product received is correct and has no defects:

  • The customer must ship the product back to our warehouse at their own expense.
  • Alternatively, we can arrange a reverse pickup, but additional charges will apply. These will be communicated once you contact us at info@decolift.in.

Steps to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Email info@decolift.in with:
    • Your order number
    • Product details
    • Reason for return or exchange
  2. Await a response from our team within 24–48 business hours.
  3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit. Decolift cast iron products are heavy — please use adequate padding.
  4. For self-shipping, share the courier details with us. For reverse pickup, hand over the parcel to our courier partner once confirmed.

Processing & Store Credit

  • Once the product is received, it will undergo a quality check.
  • If approved, a store credit coupon will be issued within 24–48 hours.

Store Credit Terms

  1. Valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
  2. Must be used for a cart value equal to or greater than the coupon value.
  3. Cannot be split into smaller amounts.
  4. Non-transferable and cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotions.

Cancellation Policy

Orders must be cancelled within 48 hours of placement by emailing info@decolift.in with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — please initiate a return instead once the product is received.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders must be cancelled within 48 hours of placing the order. Customised or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed and production has begun.

Refund Policy

As a policy, Decolift does not offer cash refunds for products delivered in correct and undamaged condition as per the order. All eligible claims are settled via store credit or exchange only.

Damaged or Defective Products

Cast iron products are inherently robust, but damage can occasionally occur during transit. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Email info@decolift.in within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • Include your unboxing video and clear photographs of the damage.
  • We will arrange a reverse pickup at no cost to you and dispatch a replacement once the returned item has been received and verified.

Important Notes

  • If you suspect the package is tampered with or damaged during transit, do not accept the parcel from the courier. Contact us at info@decolift.in immediately.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory for all damage claims. Claims without a video cannot be processed.
  • Open delivery of COD orders is not permitted.
  • Powder coat finish on cast iron products may show minor surface variation — this is inherent to the material and finishing process and does not constitute a defect.
  • Due to the weight and density of cast iron, return shipping costs for non-defective items will be higher than average. Please factor this in before initiating a return.
